Things have turned busy around here and quite honestly, I am going to simplify this blog again and not write commentary or recipes. My focus is to devote the time for our family blog. A rainbow of peppers from our garden made these eggs delicious! Whole wheat English muffins, strawberries and coffee made this meal complete.
